Our EL backlit membrane switches integrate an electroluminescent lamp layer beneath the graphic overlay, delivering smooth, even illumination across the entire control panel. The EL layer is extremely thin (typically 0.2–0.5 mm), flexible, and generates virtually no heat, making it ideal for medical devices, instrumentation panels, aerospace controls, and automotive applications where space and thermal budget are limited.
