Printed circuits are the conductive heart of every membrane switch. We print silver-based conductive inks onto polyester substrates with tightly controlled line widths, spacing and sheet resistance, then cure and inspect every circuit electrically. Multi-layer designs with cross-over insulation, shielding layers and integrated tail connectors are produced to your exact schematic.
